Quron Lewis, 27, is a Certified Personal Trainer, lover of sports and family man. Residing in Frederick for most of his life, Quron has built a strong community around his participation in sports, particularly football. Following his graduation from St Johns Catholic Prep in 2007, Quron was rewarded the opportunity to play 4 years of college football at Salisbury University. During his football career, Quron had the opportunity to train with Juniata College’s Doug Smith (Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year 2015) and Salisbury University’s Matthew Nein (Top Three Finalist for the Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year 2016), who introduced him to corrective exercise and strength/fitness programming.

Following college graduation, Quron went on to work in the Information Technologies field, however, he shortly found that sitting behind a desk for 8 hours a day was not for him. With the support of his family and friends, Quron quit his I.T. job to follow his dreams of training full-time. Between many years of football and spending most of his time in the weight room after class in high school and college, Quron can pair his experiences with his education from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Since becoming NASM certified, Quron has immersed himself in the field of sports performance training and has been trained by some of the best performance coaches in the country including:

  • Rob Taylor (Owner of Smarter Team Training)
  • Scott Moody (Owner/Founder of AthleteFIT)
  • Kevin Boyle (Director for Explosive Performance)
  • Chris Campbell (Site Director For Explosive Performance)
  • Bryan Miller (Navy U. Football S&C Coach)
  • Doug Smith (Juniata College S&C Coach)
  • Matthew Nein (Salisbury University S&C Coach)

Quron’s passion and desire to help others get stronger and faster, lead him to gain his position in the Explosive Performance program at North Frederick Sport & Health.  Career-wise, Quron is looking forward to growing with the Explosive Performance program and following the plan that God has made for him.

When Quron is not busy training others,  he can be found hanging out with his loving wife, family and friends.
