These are great for running and HIIT workouts. Snug fit but not constricting and they breathe well. They stay dry even when heavily sweating.

I suck at running, but now I don't have to suck at walking after my run. Also great for yardwork on a hot day!

Best liner I've worn. Very comfortable, you can't even tell it's there. No chafing through my 50k and kept dry the entire time. Great product and I'd recommend it to anyone. Having the correct, and quality gear is huge in endurance sports. Spend the money and get yourself some of these!

I love these liners. Use them for all types of runs, longest size far being 27 miler. Very comfortable, great length, great hold, no chafing and no worries.

For me, they combine perfectly with path projects Sykes AT 5” shorts.

Tried the xounderwear for the first time today.

Went from ground exercise to weights then out to the trail for a run.
