The 3D wave-like XO-AirChannelDUCT™ construction on the outside of the shoulder, arm area and sides of the shirt, helps disperse the pressure from a backpack or jacket over a wider surface area. The inside ducts act like a bridge creating maximum air flow, allowing sweat to be effectively ventilated by thermal dynamics in warm or cold weather. During rest and recovery periods, the inside ducts trap warm air released by the body, providing a layer of insulation that helps reduce the risk of post chill after your activity.

The front, back and sides of the shirt have built in XO-AirFlowSPHERES™ that enhance climate control. They allow sweat to spread rapidly over a large surface area and with constant air flow they help keep the body cooler for quick and effective venting. The constant air flow movement draws moisture away from the skin, keeping the athlete very comfortable. During rest and recovery periods, the inside sphere's trap warm air released by the body providing a layer of insulation that helps reduce the risk of post chill after your activity.

The long sleeve base layer incorporates the XO-ElbowFLEXOR™ in the elbow area to help with increased air flow, cushioning and insulation once the 3D structure is flexed. Complete freedom of movement during your sporting activities.

The 3D XO-SHIELD™ system provides you with sweat traps and inner and outer air flow channels on the back. These provide maximum ventilation and insulation to keep you comfortable and performing better. During activity, a thin layer of sweat forms on the skin and any excess sweat is absorbed by the sweat traps. Sweat is evaporated by the inner and outer air flow channels for a controlled and effective cooling. During rest and recovery periods, the inner air channel pockets trap warm air released by the body. They provide a layer of insulation that helps reduce the risk of post chill after your activity.

The 3D XO-HVAC System™ provides sweat traps under the arm allowing for sweat to be quickly drawn away from the skin to the surface for fast evaporation. The unique ventilation and circulation ducts under the arm carry excess moisture away from the skin and allow for fresh air to be exchanged quickly, enhancing thermal dynamics.

Conforms to the body’s contours. Unlike other form fit and compression shirts on the market, our 3D XOSKIN™ form fit base layers stretch approximately 4 inches in order to conform to your body without the use of any Spandex® or Lycra®. These synthetic fibers, which are found in most compression products, add weight to a garment. Garments containing these fibers can elevate the tempature of your body, generate excessive moisture and leave you uncomfortable. Our mission in the design of our form fit tops was to bring to you a fitted base layer that will not only compliment your torso, but will guarantee your comfort during any activity.
XOSKIN™ Tech Specs
When your adventure is calling, we answer with gear that goes the distance. We engineered this base layer from light-weight XOSKIN™ technology fabric that is highest rated for skin comfort. The construction improves internal abrasion and skin wellness, enhances breathability, controls odor, manages moisture, dries rapidly and decreases weight. It also allows the garment to slide more easily over your skin for maximum comfort. We body-mapped this shirt with sweat traps and air channels so air can flow at maximum speed to enhance thermal dynamics. Get ready for the long haul!

I’ve been a huge fan of XOSKIN for a couple years now. The XOTOES are my favorite socks and I use them on all my runs. This past weekend I wore the Long Sleeve Formfit on the Appalachian Trail for a 36 hour adventure. The shirt kept cool when needed, dried quickly when it got wet, and kept me warm during the night hours. The socks kept my feet blister feet despite the terrain and temperatures. XOSKIN is great gear and I look forward to getting my hands on some more.
This piece is pure magic and I think the key is the compression and the materials. It's surprising the range of temperatures it's worked in, from mid-20s to 50s. Running in colder weather I've always had a hard time regulating temp. I tend to run hot but my arms start cool but then get sweaty patches at elbows and armpits which then freeze. This piece solved that problem completely, the wicking/fast drying material moved all the moisture away and I was simultaneously warm and cool enough. Used this as my only layer with a vest over it for a super windy 50K. Race started in the 20's and got up to 39, I was perfectly warm and comfortable the whole time, no chafing, pure magic!
XOSkin Calf sleeves and long sleeve base layer performed flawlessly during #goruckstarcourse 26.2 in NYC. I am thankful today for an easy recovery thanks to this top notch gear.
XOSKIN is not just good. Their products are great! That's the only base layer I wear now during my runs. I've been wearing it for 2 years now and after 39 ultras and marathons since then, I never ever had blisters ever. The compression shirts and capri are my other favorites.
Bigfoot 50K with a hour and 30 minute PR. Couldn’t have done it without my XOSKIN. 18 at the start and it didn’t get much warmer throughout the day.
XOSKIN kept me feeling comfortable all day during the Stone Mill 50 miler. Love the XOTOES socks.
Just like the sleeveless 2.0 shirts that I own, the long sleeve is perfect for cool to cold weather running. It has great range of temperature that it works with, from as warm as 50 degrees to in the 20's, it's very comfortable. Like the rest of XOSKIN, breathable, doesn't stink, super comfortable.
If you are tall (I'm 6'3"), I will warn you, the sleeves are on the short side. I wish they offered a tall version of this shirt but that's a complaint for pretty much any long shirt I own. If they wanted to take a step above the rest for us tall runners, this is the only improvement I would recommend. Even with this shortcoming, pun intended, I love and wore this shirt all winter long.

I've worn this couple of weeks ago during the Birmingham Marathon because it was cold and rainy. It worked so well by itself. After the heaviest pour at Mile 24, the sun came out. By the time I crossed the finish line, my body was completely dry! I've never worn anything like it. This past weekend, I ran the Mesa Phoenix Marathon. I wore it once again because it was in the high 30's when we started at 6 AM. It kept me warm and even at the end of the race, when it got to the 60's I never felt too hot with it. The material breathes so well and so efficiently. Thank you! So happy I discovered this product and so happy to represent it as an Ambassador.
Last May, I ran the Massanutten Mountain Trails 100 mile (actually 103.7 miles) run in a Form-fit 2.0 long sleeve shirt, and the 4.0 Pulse Compression Carpis, along with XOSKIN socks, for the duration of the event. It was a rainy day and we were wet from the get-go. It took me just over 32 hours to finish the event. I experienced no chafing on any body parts, and no blisters on the feet.
During the rainy bouts of the day, I wore a waterproof rain jacket over the 2.0 top, and due to the 3D weave it helped prevent the clammy feeling you sometimes get when wearing a waterproof shell.
On the second day, it started to warm up and get hot, but the gear allowed airflow to keep me cool when the sun came out, particularly on the final 4 miles on the road to the finish line. I actually had a change of shirt prepared in my final drop bag at the aid station prior to the finish, but because I was feeling so comfortable in my second skin, I didn't change a thing.
I recently purchased the 2.0 Form Fit Long Sleeve. This past weekend I put it to the test and ran 13 miles in heavy rain on Saturday and then another 10 miles in cooler windy conditions the following day at the Army 10 Miler. I AM SOLD! This shirt kept me dry and cool Saturday in some nasty weather and warm and dry for the 10 miler. Although Saturday's run was in solid rain and the shirt was soaked, it didn't feel heavy at all (nothing feels worse than running with heavy water laden clothes) and when I removed it my skin felt dry. I was SO impressed. On Sunday's run I was warm. I did sweat, yet when I removed the shirt I was dry. The shirt worked so well I now call XoSkin my new best friend.
