It is important to us that all of our products and services meet the highest standards. If an item received is in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged merchandise or refund your money for the damaged item in your order. If you would like to return or exchange a product, we will gladly exchange the item for another size or refund your money. FIRST, we require you to Log-In to your account and create an RMA. The RMA is the official document that puts us on notice that you are sending back something from your recent order that will need our attention when received. Please write in the RMA if this is an 1) Exchange or 2) Refund for the returned product. Once complete click send the RMA. A ID # is established. SECOND, please down load the Return Form (hyper link below) and fill out the form when sending back your goods. Include the Form in your shipment. The RMA and Return Form provides us with two (2) documents to ensure clarity when processing your request. US Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after purchase with original receipt or shipment summary.
All refunds are issued by a check.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE TIME FRAME
If you requested a refund, you will be notified via email within 7 business days of receipt that your refund has been processed.
Exchanges will be shipped out to you within +-5 days of receipt and you will be notified via email once your requested exchange has been processed.
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the items to process your return and/or exchange.
If you received XOSKIN as a gift and need to return it, we would be happy to accept the items back and issue an exchange for some new gear or a XOSKIN Gift Card for the value of the items returned. Cash or credit refunds cannot be issued when returning a gift.
1) Print and complete this return form and include it in your return shipment. If your gift came with a receipt or shipment summary, please also include it with your return shipment.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the rare occasion that your gear is damaged in transit, or that you receive the incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Goods purchased from www.xoskin.us come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Federal and State Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Any warranty given by us will apply in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under the law. Where applicable, you may make a claim in relation to goods that are faulty in accordance with our 12 Month Warranty Terms & Conditions, which is available for products purchased directly from www.xoskin.us or from an authorized XOSKIN retail partner.
Your XOSKIN clothing and accessories are supported with a warranty on both manufacturing and materials for exactly one year from the date of purchase

Packing Your Return
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and all accessories provided by XOSKIN™. Do not mark on the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. Be sure to send it in a box that will protect the original package from being damaged by the shipping carrier. If the original packaging is damaged when returned due to poor shipping packaging, those items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Discretionary Policy on Late Returns
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any returns received more than 30 days from the original shipping date. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. The customer will be charged a return shipping fee to send the item back to the customer.
