Priority Mail Express is the fastest mail service offered by the Postal Service. It provides guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day expedited service by 3 p.m. for any mailable matter and includes $100 of insurance coverage.

Please keep all original packing material and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be returned.

It is important to us that all of our products and services meet the highest standards. If an item received is in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged merchandise or refund your money for the damaged item in your order. If you would like to return or exchange a product, we will gladly exchange the item for another size or issue a refund for the item.

Log-In to your account and create an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA is the official document that puts us on notice that you are sending back something from your recent order that will need our attention when received. When filling out the "return form" (link below) let us know whether you would like to return or exchange the item you're sending back.

To submit an RMA you need to log into your account (or create an account if you checked out as a guest).  Once logged in your order history will appear towards the center of your screen.  Look for the "RMA" heading in the order summary and click "Request" for the appropriate order.

Please down load, print, and fill out the Return Form (https://www.xoskin.us/XOSKIN_Web%20Site_RETURN%20FORM_2018.pdf).  Include the Form in your shipment.  The RMA and Return Form provides us with two (2) documents to ensure clarity when processing your request.  If you would like to discuss the return/exchange, please call 301-693-9483 (Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST). 

US Return and Exchange Policy 

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 30 days after purchase with original receipt or shipment summary.



If you requested a refund, you will be notified via email within 7 business days of receipt that your refund has been processed. 


Exchanges will be shipped out to you within +-5 days of receipt and you will be notified via email once your requested exchange has been processed.  

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the items to process your return and/or exchange.


If you received XOSKIN as a gift and need to return it, we would be happy to accept the items back and issue an exchange for some new gear or a XOSKIN Gift Card for the value of the items returned. Cash or credit refunds cannot be issued when returning a gift.

1) Print and complete this return form and include it in your return shipment. If your gift came with a receipt or shipment summary, please also include it with your return shipment.

You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Any warranty given by us will apply in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under the law. Where applicable, you may make a claim in relation to goods that are faulty in accordance with our 12 Month Warranty Terms & Conditions, which is available for products purchased directly from www.xoskin.us or from an authorized XOSKIN retail partner.

Your XOSKIN clothing and accessories are supported with a warranty on both manufacturing and materials for exactly one year from the date of purchase

1) Complete the return form attached to your shipment summary and include it in your return shipment.

You can send items from multiple orders in the same return shipment, just make sure you complete a form for each order.

Items must be returned within 30 days from the shipping date.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in good condition in order to be replaced or refunded. Be sure to pack the product to protect the original box and contents during shipment. Packing Your Return

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and all accessories provided by XOSKIN™. Do not mark on the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. Be sure to send it in a box that will protect the original package from being damaged by the shipping carrier. If the original packaging is damaged when returned due to poor shipping packaging, those items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Discretionary Policy on Late Returns

We reserve the right to accept or refuse any returns received more than 30 days from the original shipping date. If accepted, a $10 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is greater) will be deducted from your refund. The customer will be charged a return shipping fee to send the item back to the customer.
