RETURNS
We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, unembroidered and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.
- xoskin for 100% customer satisfaction.
- All returns will be at the customer's expense.
- For wrong item(s) shipped or damaged in transit, please call us at 301-693-9483 or email us at info@xoskin.us
- Order number and reason for return must be included with garments in the return package.
- Garments damaged due to manufacturers defect may be exchanged.
- Any worn garment being returned for construction or fabric failure must be cleaned prior to completing the return process.
- Altered or embellished garments are not returnable. No returns will be accepted on discontinued or final sale products.
